OFFER PRICE (PER 1/8TH ACRE)

6 months Instalments:

1. Kimisitu Investment Company PLC shareholder from Kes 395,000 deposit of Ksh 155,000 with  monthly installments of Ksh 40,000
2. Kimisitu Sacco Members from Kes Ksh 405,000, deposit of Ksh 165,000 with 6 monthly installments of Ksh 40,000
3. General Public customers from Kes 415,000, deposit of Ksh 175,000 with 6 monthly installments of Ksh 40,000.

In case of default of any one instalment on due date, Kimisitu Investment Co Ltd will be at liberty to charge a penalty of 3% per month on outstanding amount payable and thereafter to resell the parcel to another person without any reference or notice to the purchaser and subsequently refund  the deposit paid without any interest paid less the administrative fees of Kshs 15,000.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:

In the event that you should choose to terminate the transaction within a month, Kimisitu Investment Co. Ltd shall charge a fee of Kshs. 15,000 administrative fees, if done past a month you will be obligated to get a replacement to buy your property without any involvement of the Co.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Book your plot by paying the deposit through one of our payment options.
Complete payment within the payment duration given.
A transfer document and a sale agreement will be shared with you for signing.
Complete the letter of offer attached (Download here) and scan; attach together with your ID, KRA Pin, Passport Photos and email to info@kimisituinvest.co.ke
Title processing will take 6-10 months.
We will notify you when your title is ready for picking

TITLE TRANSFER:

The project has freehold title deed (The registration of title deed takes between 6-10 months upon completion of payment.)
