Scope of Work & Technical Specifications
Kimisitu Investment Company PLC invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the construction of a perimeter wall at Enka Gardens Juja.
Scope of Works:
1. Site clearance and setting out.
2. Excavation and foundation works.
3. Construction of reinforced concrete strip foundation.
4. Construction of masonry perimeter wall approximately 2.4 meters high.
5. Installation of steel access gate.
6. Plastering, painting, and finishing works.
7. Site cleanup and project handover.
Mandatory Documents:
- Company Registration Certificate.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- NCA Registration Certificate.
- CR12 (issued within the last 12 months).
- Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years.
- List of similar projects completed.
- Company profile and references.
Interested bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals before the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Instructions to Bidders
- Bidders must upload clear PDF files of all legal business certificates.
- For physical deliveries, bids must be submitted in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Reference number.
- Bids must be received on or before the stated submission deadline. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
- Any clarification requests regarding this tender should be sent to the procurement email address at least 5 days prior to the deadline.
